There are tons of examples online of how to download a gridview into Excel. Have you looked at any of them? Where are you stuck?

just now i updated my question and please give me a related example and i didn't used any thing to bind the data to display on the html page

The examples should still help you. You could also just export a csv file manually and that would likely open in Excel for most users.

Sorry, I gave you plenty of examples. As this is a volunteer site I expect you to do some work to. It is not particularly hard, this is a very common thing to do. It should be pretty easy to adapt the samples to what you are doing. If you get stuck during one, then please open a new question and be specific about where you are stuck.
