Change behavior of child control on parent control event

In my MFC dialog based application,Tab control of one dialog(called mainDlg) contains other windows inside it by changing its style(child).So,mainDlg containing different controls and on the events of them,I want to update child windows behavior. I was tried so much options. How to do that?

This is a question about nothing. If you want to update behavior of some UI element, you need to develop its class and add the methods which behave in one or another way. Then there will be something to talk about.
