Consider trying Open Watcom. That looks very similar and also runs on x64 versions of windows.
Failing that (I imagine you're in a country where it's use is mandated by an educational institution), you may wish to watch this video, which purports to offer a means by which it may be ran in x64 environments. Presumably, it will speak of virtual machines.
Becoming familiar with another IDE and compiler would actually be the better option overall. It's much easier to write portable code when you've dealt with the idiosyncrasies of a number of different tool-sets. It's also the way in your case to get access to a vastly superior compiler.

How to run Turbo C++ 4 5 in Windows 8.1,8,7 x64 bit

I suggest you to use code blocks/Blood shed Dev/Visual studio for C\C++. All these will has no blue screen as per your question.To my knowledge all turbo c++ compilers have blue screen.All these are free of cost.You may also have additional facilities like Win32 programming,etc.,

Sorry I have not used Turbo c++ 4.5 but try the above free compilers you will really see the difference.
There is no path to download because there is no version running on 64-bit Windows.

A solution is using a virtual machine like VirtualBox and installing a 32-bit Windows.

As already suggested by others, there are more modern compilers/IDEs available for free. Anyway have al look at this: "Turbo C++/C Windows 7/8/8.1/10 32+64bit"[^].
