This is a bad idea, it's hard to do this seamlessly as any attempts to automate Outlook will result in security popups and warnings to the user and there are various security issues. Outlook is a desktop application for managing email etc, so if you want to send email then use the SmtpClient class to send via an smtp server rather than trying to automate a desktop app. If Outlook is connected to Exchange then look into the Exchange Web Services as an alternative.
