Hello there people! I hope you are all having a great day so far!

I've been thinking about starting some projects from ym Noteblock I have here at home & I saw this one where I was thinking about making a "Wallpaper gallery" type of app for windows computers, So this is how the main function should be working (Keep in mind that this is all in my head so far)

Its a exe / app that you open when you feel like you need a new wallpaper for the computer, and then you are prompted with a window that has a few buttons such as "Latest" "Favorites" "History" etc etc and it should all be connected to a website that has all that stuff, not sure if I need to implement a API or not (Please correct me if I need to do so)

So my question to you is, how would you go by when making such a software / app
Would you use a WinForm or WPF.

I mainly do projects in WinForm but I also do some in WPF so I kinda understand the different way of "Thinking" when using WPF.
Also I know that one of the pro's in WPF is that its HIGHLY customizable.

I would suggest the latest version of ASP.NET.
