asp.net menu style

When I change the colors and font size in the style sheet, it does not reflect on the design when I run the web test, despite that I have linked the style sheet after the head. Can you please help?

You need to analyze the styles of the element.
Download FireBug for Mozilla Firefox. It's an Firefox add-on which helps you analyze the styles, script (and so much more) of a page.
Alternatively, if you have IE8, you can use Web-Developer tool to do the same. Press F12 to activate it.

Added: Try pressing Ctrl+F5 in the browser window.
You browser may have cached CSS.
