Change File name base on Data ID

Dear Brother,
Please help me i got a very small project but finding it difficult for me to do it.

We have Database of Employees as Data "ID" & "EmployeeNumber"
The issue is All Photos (JPG) of Employees is Restore in Image Folder but Name of Each file is Data "ID" We want to all Photos(JPG) file to rename as "EmployeeNumber".

Our Code need to match "ID" with "EmployeeNumber" and then change that file name into "EmployeeNumber".

I will be very thank full for you
