Finding Window Caption Change Event

Hi Guys,

I have a handle (IntPtr), to a window that isn't a window from my .Net app. I want to run code every time this (external) window's caption changes.

Can someone point me in the right direction please.

P.S. I suspect I need to monitor the operating system's messages...
