page segmentation algorithm

Hii, i am doing my final year project. as a part of it, i have to use an algorithm VIPS(VIsion based Page Segmentation)algorithm...from the website of the developers of this algorithm, i got the .exe file and .dll file of the algorithm..
 
STEPS(will work only in windows XP)can anyone try this out and help me??

2.In VIPS dll (pageanalyzer.dll) folder doubleclick register dll..it should show registered successfully...
 
3.In VIPS demo double click the vips demo...
 
4.then a form appears ..in that give some url and press enter
 
5.then click VIPS button..in vips tree area, +page will come..select thatand click down arrow...we can see that now page is been divided into several blocks and the different features of block is shown at the bottom right corner as attribute and value
)
 
I want to store the features cited as attribute and value of each block into some file on my system...
but i cant extract the data out of it....can anyone help to get a way for this???
 
as part of my project i have to use these features(given as attribute and values in the output form)...
