dear, if you want to learn c# , I advice him reading book about c# .
even if you a beginner in english,you need only understand the titles and reading the codes.

There are a few good free eBooks that you can use to get started.

1. Yellow Book[^]

2. Book Zero[^]

Use either or both of these to get started.

You can download a free development environment[^] from Microsoft, if you don't have one already.

Samad, here are a few things you need to understand:

1. Hello is not a good subject line. You should read the guidelines for posting questions.
2. Providing your email id is an invitation to spams. Avoid it.

If you want to learn C# and English, you should go for some course at good institute. If you do not have a good one where you live, think of relocating to somewhere else. You can also learn your self by reading book or using online tutorials.

It will help you in learning both C# and English.
