WorkFlow and its use with Asp.net web application

Hi,

I am new in workflow and started learning .Here I am facing problem that
I have to use work flow in web application but the things is this I got problem in understanding the code which I found through Googling.
I want examples of the activities of sequential as well as state machine
with examples and I also want to know which activity should be chosen for what purpose and how. All this I want in web application.

Please help me as its very urgent.

I would unlimited times thankful whoever will help me.
