Attribution / License attachement for commercial projects (cpol)

When releasing a commercial software project that uses several code project projects licensed under cpol: am I required by cpol to credit every autor and to include the cpol license in my software?

I'm not certain about this one, I suggest you post it in Site Bugs/Suggestions forum so Chris or one of the other CP gurus can answer it.
