how can i play audio and video file in jsp

I would like to add functionality to my webpage for uploading music and video and also for users to be able play that content on my webpage.

Could anyone...
1. ...show me how to upload such content using JSP?
2. ...show me how to add this content to my webpage dynamically using JSP?

Hopefully someone can show me how to perform this task or where I can find good info on this.
