Sorting Listview in Visual Basic 2008

Suppose that there are 5,000 books records, and they will be added into a listview to display as a table view. Every book contains information such Title, Pages, Author, and Publish Year.
How can these listview's items (books) are sorted quickly via a column (for eg. if the column Author is clicked, the listview will be sorted all items (books) in ascending of Author information?)
