Add form region next to All-day event in Outlook

HI All,

Need help on implementing/ adding new controls or region next to ALL DAY EVENT in an outlook appointment page.

I want to add a radio button next to ALL DAY EVENT in an outlook appointment page. I am able to add a form region addin to the appointment page, but the position of the form region is in the bottom of the page. I want to change the poistion of the form region

Any pointer or helps will be great
