How can I make the text of the Help appears on field level, using RoboHelp 7?

Dear Sir,Good morning to you. How can I make the text of the Help that explains each field, within the application the developers create, appears once the mouse hover or pass over the field - in case that the user needs to view the explanation of that field only without going to the whole WebHelp implemented within the application as a whole. I have created a Help, using the User's Guide I have created through Microsoft Word. In that Help I have explained every field within the application and I have created Map ID for each field within the application. So, how can I use such Map IDs on field level to show the text I have given as explanation for each field within the application, once the user hover or pass the mouse over the field while dealing with the application.
