Sending MMS via C# Application

Hi All,
I am going to develop a window application in C# with functionality of sending MMS via a GPRS Enabled Handset(Mobile Phone) connected to machine.
Can anyone give me an idea, how i can process MMS in C#. I searched a lot on Internet,but did not find any appropriate answers. There are third party tools available for those i have to pay.
Please help me, I urgently need it. If some body has any demo application source, Idea, an article on this topic etc,then plz answers of this post..
