I need a search engine that works as shown in imgshack link.

Hello,

I'd like to know if there is a way of creating a search function to basically work as illustrated in http://img836.imageshack.us/i/websearch.jpg/[^]
I'm not a proficient coder, but given a basic structure I can usually adapt it. just wondering if anyone has come across anything that will achieve this.

I want it to just search the local folder by keyword or by tagging each page and searching tags. I also need to insert this into rather an intense bit of code so if theres a nice simple one about that'd be great. I know I ask for a lot but I'm sure you're the people to ask! I don't mind paying, but I have very limited funds, like $20 at the most.

Thanks guys, this could save me a couple of G's.
