How to Make a Flash Drive Bootable in Ubuntu

hi,
i use ubuntu in my pc and have a windows se7en Live cd ISO file and want to
copy this bootable cd to my flash drive and make it bootable,
how can i do it?

I never tried myself but know it's a standard option for booting up Ubuntu these days.
