I'm looking for a Image manipulation Library.

Following the Library must be able:
- open PSD (Photoshop) files.
- Image (Clipping) Paths support.

I will not use the PhotoShop-API!

I came forward to ImageMagick, but I'm looking for alternative.

If you want to open PSD files, then I'm pretty certain that, even if it's indirectly, you will be using the Photoshop API.

If you have found ImageMagick then I would suggest that your google skills are probably as good as anyone likely to answer your question.

Not true, Henry. I gave up Photoshop and using a system which never had Photoshop components, but can work with PSD using other applications. I think the code can be found in Open Source.
