I have a need to upload files from my web site. The requirement is, the user need to be able to drag-drop outlook email attachments to the web page directly for uploading.

I greatly appreciate any pointers, links, third party controls.

Thanks for your time,

You could start here.

There are lots of results in google for drag and drop. Have you checked out any of the results?

Thanks Marcus.

I have taken a look at the Jeff Prosise's article that you have mentioned. It uses the html elements as the drag source. In my case, the drag sources are WinExplorer's files, outlook email attachments. Unfortunately I don't know how to plug-in that code in javascript. Yeah, I have searched google, some suggest writing an ActiveX control. I am trying to write one with no knowledge about the activex itself.

Thanks for your time.
