Data Flow Task fails in SSIS Package

Hi Friends,
I am new to SSIS and I am facing an issue while loading data from a Flat-File to SQL 2005 table using Data Flow Task in SSIS.

The SQL table has columns with, DEFAULT Bindings, when i remove those DEFAULT Bindings for all the columns, the Data Flow Task is getting success and the Table is loaded with data.
But with the Default Bindings, the task fails and the Table is not generted with data.

Please help me on what could be the cause of the issue.

Can you provide the error generated? Also if the table is loaded with data without the bindings, why bother?

there are many possibilities.
1)check your column deliminator not the same as in data
2)problem with column mapping
