IAXClient and incoming call

Hello all,
in fact I'm working with a asterisk server and I want to use iaxclient to detect the arrival of an incoming call.
I have ever seen this article Using the Asterisk IAXClient library in C#[^] but I can not see what function should I use.

Please help me in this.
