If I write an article, how do I get into the codeproject's monthly competitions?

If I click 'Conditions of Entry' (from this page[^]) I get a page with no info (http://www.codeproject.com/script/Awards/Conditions.aspx?cid=479[^]

And how is the decision taken?

The way it works is,

1. You write an article and submit, it gets approved and public views it.
2. The CP team picks some of the best ones and put them up for vote for month's competition.
3. Highest voted article wins.

AFAIK, you don't have to do anything else beyond submitiing a quality article.

For further explanation, you can ask here[^].

Are you sure about that?

I didn't see any vote for monthly competition; for example where's the vote (by vote I think you mean survey) for this month's best articles (or most probably for previous month)?
