How to embed MS Word in Html page

Hi guys,

can anyone suggest me a way to embed an MS word to the HTML page?

I tried the following code... it's like loading i couldn't see any thing on the page, can you tell me what's wrong with the code

A little googling goes a long way. I searched for "embed word document in html page", and this was the first of 368,000 hits:
