Windows Live Messenger Installed But Not working

Dear Sir I have installed windows Live Messenger on my Machine (Windows Server 2003). But I am unable to login to this. Error Message ::

"Signing in to Windows Live Messenger Failed Because the Services is Temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

and I am unable to uninstall also to use any older version the same setup is being used successfully in XP. It is working well. Please help me in using it on Server 2003. It is urgent I should be online to communicate with my client.

You should have looked here for help: Google search result for the error.[^]

I really doubt anyone can help you with this online as it's not a technical issue. There is some issue with your configuration, may be firewall or installation issue.
