how to bluetooth development

discovering devices
sending and receiving files
read contacts
read messages

I suggest you go back and try looking a bit harder. I see at least three entries which offer downloadable tools to help with Bluetooth development.

I have no idea which one is best for you, only you can decide that. Try doing a bit of research for yourself.
