mapxtreme mapinfo with C#.net code

Hi,

I am using mapxtreme mapinfo software with c#.net. I load mapinfo shape file in mapcontrol. I want to highlight the road id in map(shape file) from user end in combobox selected value.

Please help me to sort out this problem with more options.
