Enable/Disable Juniper switch Port

Hello, We have a new Juniper switch that we would like to enable a port at 8 am then disable the port at 5 pm as it is in an open area.

Anyone have a suggestion on where to look for information or a better search (have tried "Juniper switch command line port enable" and other variations). I have information on doing this using a web interface.

We would like to use PowerShell or .NET to do the actual flip.
