Virtual Directory IIS with VB.NET

HEllo there

Im having Virtual Directory for my project.So I set the start options in the Property PAges. But when im running error thrown as "Unable to start debugging on the web server.The IIS worker process for the launched URl is not currently running"

Are you building a VB.Net forms application or an ASP.Net application?
Your tag says VB.Net - in that case IIS has no role to play.
