Placing Image on multiple panels

Hi,
I have a form with two panels placed adjacently in windows Application. I need to place an image on these two panels. I take a picturebox for placing the logo. And Logo background is transparent. when i drag the picturebox on the panels, image is not displayed completely.It is displaying on only one panel and image part in other panel is not displaying. If any solution for this please help me.

First, not clear where the problem is without looking at the code. Also, how is this related to image recognition. I guess it is not.
Also, tag the UI you use: WPF, Forms, what?!

So far the question is not answerable at all. Please use "Improve question" and... yes, improve it.

Also, why doing this "dirty trick" with panels? Comparison? Always explain your ultimate goals?

Your code is broken, around line 5... Oh, wait, you didn't give us code to look at. Your code is broken. That's all we can tell you. We don't even know if it's ASP.NET, Win forms, WPF, C#, C++, COBOL. You seem to have set out to ask a question that cannot be answered.
