table adapter in vb.net frame work

hi,
i am doing project in vb.net frame work in 2008 version, i am using report viewer to view the details from database sql,sqlce
in report viewer,
what problem i do no it is not get update in it while run the prog from exe.

for example

while i compile the program from source code and then insert the data in table through it did not update while preview the report viewer.
to update the report --> select the table adapter in report design form --> select preview data -> then compile it shows the data in last updated record in report viewer.........

how i view the last update data without doing this above option,

if there is any other settings to do it view the last update data from table.

please update me
