Highlighting the title bar of a child control

Greetings!!!

I have created an ActiveX Control using MFC. I want to use this control in a container which acts like a screen and my control can move anywhere inside this container.

My control is created as child window and is having a title bar.
The problem is when I click on the control's title, it doesnt get highlighted (blue title bar). My control has the focus though.

How can I make my control title highlighted (blue), when it is clicked.
