I do not think that there is a direct way to get to this information. We used to work around this problem by participating in AD's RPC Replication, and storing the history in the database. Essentially, our program periodically polled the actual AD for the "deltas", filtered out the changes that were of no interest to us, and stored the history of what we tracked (user additions/removals and group membership changes) in a database.
