Webservice connection time out exception is occuring in the middle of working and testing

Hallo every one,

Me and my freinds encountered a problem, it is about web service. Our project is 3Tier application in which every layer has its own running environment. In other words, each layer runs on its own dedicated server so that they are physically separated. Before the separation they were at on a server, by this time they do work perfectly and no problem, but after the physical separation has applied a problem is came to us, which means we published the web service and consumed it from another server or our developing environment and started working on it but it starts raising an exception that the time out for the connection has expired in the middle of testing and working.

Please feel free to suggest on this issue.
