Solution 2

When you create a Silverlight application through Visual Studio 2008 or more, it automatically creates a hosting ASP.NET website project within your solution of your silverlight application, the website contains some javascript files, and 2 test pages (YourApplicationNameTestPage.html and YourApplicationNameTestPage.aspx), which are hosting your Silverlight.XAP file, you can copy and paste the hosting part from those files, You will also require to copy the javascript files in to your project.
