What SQLite GUI tools are available for Windows to edit/manage SQLite databases?

The goals are:

easy to work with SQLite databases for create, delete, fill tables
import (csv, xls, mdb, ...) and export

I have tried many of them and finally I choose

SQLite2009 Pro Enterprise Manager[^]

This is also good alternative

Thanks, I already installed and tried few managers but none is useful and easy, so I rather ask professionals for best one.

"Best" is a completely subjective term. What's "best" for you, may not be best for me.

For mac osx you could try SQLite Professional.They also have a pretty good Windows beta out.

Starting with 14 Feb of 2013 year you can enjoy by a Valentina Studio 5.x

* it is FREE
* It works natively (!) on all 3 os: linux, mac and windows
* it works with SQLite as well as with mySQL, PostgreSQL and Valentina DB

It has a lots of advanced tools:

* Schema Editor, which can change structure of your SQLite tables even if they have records

* Import/Export

* and many others
