Developing file server

Hello, I want to develop file server on website, which can upload file with limit of several MB about 15 MB, and mulitple users can download it at once... Where can I start from? Do I need to use WPF or is there any other way ?

Is it a school assignment or what? I think so because there is no any rational reason to develop such thing. If this is a school assignment, you need to do it by yourself. You have a unique opportunity to learn something and get credit for it, use it well. After all, you need education and skills, not just diploma. If this is not a school assignment, you don't need it.

The problem is not very difficult though, but you're pretty far from doing it. I'll explain why do I think so. Do you know what "WPF" means? It means "Windows Presentation Foundation". Isn't this apparent that such thing would be quite useless on server side?
