Debugging Error :GSMCOMM

i am working with GSMComm for GSM Communicatin.
when i compile the Application there is no errors but when try to build it shows error that is
"Type or namespace 'GSMComm' Count not be found (missing ....)
Please Any one tell me solution, i am searching for this solutions from many days onwards

delete the existing reference and once again add it
