Can't connect with web service in https

Hello Every body,

I have a web service which is in https with ssl. and i am adding its refrence to my project. it is add successfully.

but when i am trying to connect to get the data from web service it generate the error "BAD REQUEST".

so pls help me how to resolve it.

are you using some protected gateway to access the web service?
what is the method you are using to call the web service.

No i m not using any gateway...
I am just adding web service to my project then creating object of class and then calling method. But at run time it generate an error "BAD REQUEST."
