Outlook - Send or Receive Email ?

Dear All,

I frequently move my emails from my INBOX or SENTITEMS to specific folders.

I must know in my program if a selected email in this specific folder is SENT by me, or Received by me.

Is there a property to know that certainly ?
I'm not sure Received.time or SentOn are the good ones ...
