Please someone tell me what type of code this is

I am confused and I can not convert this ... so then it is not Ascii and not Ansii (whatever they are)
 
Common computer sets include ASCII, Windows ANSI, EBCDIC and Unicode. Okay I have looked those up but it is amazing how there are no pictures of these character sets ... and of course I know binary ... but isn't that 0 and 1?   No squares. So is it Unicode?
