I develop a Basic MSI Project with Installshield 2010.
I have 3 sql connections, each of them has specific properties assigned to connect to the server.
Using the steps from this link
, I customized 3 SQLLogin dialogs.
So, my controls have customized properties which are assigned to sql connections.
Here I have some problems:
1) RadioButtonGroup1 has a property called IS_SQLSERVER_AUTHENTICATION_1. If I try to switch between its components, Login ID and Password are still disabled. Somewhere it has to be a link between RadioButtonGroup1 and IS_SQLSERVER_USERNAME_1 / IS_SQLSERVER_PASSWORD_1 to enable/disable username and password. Where can I set this connection?
2) Let's say the order of dialogs are SQLLogin1 -> SQLLogin2 -> SQLLogin3, each of them has some conditions to appear in wizard (it exists one case when is skiped SQLLogin1).
**When all conditions are accomplished, In SQLLogin1, when I click Browse to check the sql servers available, in SQLBrowse1 all servers are fine.
--Click next, SQLLogin2 dialog appears. Doing the same way, click Browse to check the sql servers available and the SQLBrowse2 dialog is empty.
--Click next again, SQLLogin3 dialog appears. Doing the same way, click Browse to check the sql servers available and the SQLBrowse3 dialog is empty.
**If the conditions skip SQLLogin1:
--In SQLLogin2, click Browse, all servers are fine in SQLBrowse2.
--Click next, SQLLogin3 dialog appears. Doing the same way, click Browse to check the sql servers available and the SQLBrowse3 dialog is empty.
why the action ISSQLServerList works well just first time when is running?
Thanks for your time!
