Are you running your application on x64 or x86 version of Windows?

You've got a pirated copy of Windows and you want help?? Keep draggin on that crack pipe buddy.

BTW, your problem has nothing to do with pirated Windows.

Step 1: Buy genuine Office
Step 2: Install it
Step 3: Contact again if the problem remains.

There is not a 64 bit version of jet that's why you are getting this error. To force your application to use the 32 bit, change the target cpu to x86 in the advanced compiler options.
