Regards Html Editor use with ajax control tool kit

I had installed ajax tool kit with Vs 4.0 version. then i added script manager and update panel in my master page. but when i add new ajax control which shows following error...

Error:

Microsoft JScript runtime error: AjaxControlToolkit requires ASP.NET Ajax 4.0 scripts. Ensure the correct version of the scripts are referenced. If you are using an ASP.NET ScriptManager, switch to the ToolkitScriptManager in AjaxControlToolkit.dll.

Plz tell me the soloution
