My desktop computer tries to start but does not & stop by stopping fan but green led is still on. After many tries only computer starts. What is fault in my CPU, Power supply or processor fan.Please help me.

Did you install or remove a specific software or hardware before the incident ? Or did you try to do something special on windows ?

Solution 1

Start by assuming a heat problem.
Remove casing, blow away all dust, clear away any dead bodies, then address the fans.
They tend to get clogged, so get them as clean as possible.

That cures most power up problems.

You have said nothing about a POST error. And the fact that it did eventually start indicates the CPU is fine.
