error occured during start the application

hello,
I'm doing one setup file of my project in that i include the .net framework , sql server and he worked .and install successfully but error occur during start application.so please help me........

Error :This file does not have program associated with it for performing the action.
       Create an association in the folder option control panel.

What causes this exception? Run under debugger, observe the exception and make a code sample. Are you creating a process using data file as argument?
