...what are you trying to do? What WeKa do you mean? there are different projects called weka in the web available.

The first part you should solve by yourself, but for the second part you can find some valuable information here: http://weka.wikispaces.com/Use+WEKA+with+the+Microsoft+.NET+Framework[^].
They do this feat via IVKM[^] which is a fascinating topic all on its own.

That IVKM stuff already sounds nasty when read into. why would anyone want such a thing?
