StateServer session mode in shared hosting server

i want to use StateServer session mode in my app in shared hosting server. is it possible to use StateServer mode in shared hosting?

note: i want to use stateserver mode coz default inproc session mode not works(not poor perfomance,just not works?) when there are many users(like at least 1000) in the site.i wanted to use sqlserver session mode but i afraid my db size(200MB) will be filled by session data by those users. is these right that all i know?
