How to add a Skype calling functionality in Asp.Net MVC3

Hi,

MY application is in Asp.Net MVC3 coded in C#.Net. I want to add a skype calling functionality to my website.Such that the user should be able to connect a call through a registered Skype account.
Is there an API for MVC3 too?
Please guide how can i do this.How can i use the Skype Calling functionality.

At the end of the day, it's just HTML and a plugin to IE. I thought it just recognised all phone numbers, in fact. If you go to a site that has the functionality, and look at the HTML, you can see if there's any special HTML you need to emit, but I don't think there is. I think the Skype plugin scans web pages for phone numbers.
